Should l have a copy of the Contract of Appointment?

OCV recommends to managers that it is necessary the Contract of Appointment and Consumer Guide be distributed to all members of the owners corporation, as a means of description to the members of the tasks to be performed by the manager, and to clearly comply with disclosure of insurance commissions. It is not necessary to forward a signed document to all members, as the purpose is for clarification of the manager’s role, and insurance disclosure. Copies of the Consumer Guide and the Appointment can be sent with the AGM agenda papers. .
