Mount Colah Adds “The Lennox” To List Of Residential Apartments In The Area

Mount Colah, a Sydney suburb, will soon have The Lennox as its newest residential apartment building. The structure will have 45 apartment units and will be developed in an ideal location, on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. Interested residents can choose between a one, two, or three-bedroom units once the building is completed. The price of each unit varies according to its size and offerings. Those who are interested in buying a one-bedroom unit should be ready to shell out between $478,000 and $538,000. Buyers who are interested in acquiring a two or three-bedroom unit should be prepared to pay between $658,000 and as much as $748,000 and $858,000 to $888,000, accordingly.

In a report by The Urban Developer, it was revealed that the novel “The Secret Garden” inspired the structure’s design. Apart from developing the building itself, the project will also focus on creating beautiful gardens and lush surroundings. It was named as “The Lennox” as a tribute to the novel’s main character, Mary Lennox. He added that the structure complements the area’s existing verdant surroundings. The whole area where the building will stand will be transformed into a private sanctuary, which will be supplied with natural light. Mijollo International was awarded with building’s design. The Landard Landscapes, on the other hand, will take care of its landscape design. Landard Landscapes’ co-founder and director Matt Leacy will spearhead the latter. He has a well established reputation in this field. He possesses 18 years of practical experience, which involve handling landscaping jobs of different sizes. Leacyis also known as the co-host of Channel Nine’s Garden Gurus and as a part of the Domestic Blitz for three seasons.
