There are two levels of participation, you may participate in one or both.
The Business Snapshot Report (free to participate) is a business health check that enables you to compare your business in key performance areas against businesses of a similar size. Participants also receive an exclusive report outlining the key issues and trends impacting the strata management industry.
The Performance Benchmark Report ($1375 incl. GST) is the definitive management tool for those businesses serious about improving their operations. Regardless of the size, turnover or location of your business the Performance Benchmarks are a performance management tool that will make a difference to the way you operate.
You will receive: – A tailored report detailing the strengths of your business and potential improvement strategies – Analysis of 166 key performance indicators of your business benchmarked against those of similar and high performing strata businesses.
